Sir Elton John is one of the greatest artists in Britain. He rose to fame back in the late 1960s and has, since then, gone on to become one of the most successful artists of all time. He currently sits at Number 3 in the Billboard Hot 100 top artists of all time, behind The Beatles and Madonna. Along with his long-term lyricist Bernie Taupin, Sir Elton has achieved 35 gold and 25 platinum albums, 29 consecutive Top 40 hits and has sold an amazing 250-million records worldwide.

One of his most famous tracks, Candle in the Wind, which marked the untimely death of Princess Diana, has sold over 33 million copies worldwide and is the best-selling single in Billboard history. Sir Elton will be performing a selection of his world famous and best-loved hits including Bennie and the Jets, Crocodile Rock and Your Song, which was covered by Ellie Goulding for Christmas 2010.

With a repertoire of hits spanning forty years, Sir Elton is embarking on a UK tour of just six dates, culminating in a one-night-only show at the LG Arena on June 15.
