Not only does today mark the start of London Fashion Week, which this year has embraced the ‘digital age’, but it is also the first day for a brand new editor here at stylebirmingham.com.

I thought I’d write a quick welcome to introduce myself but I’m sure you’re more interested in what we’re likely to see at LFW so I promise to keep it short.

My name is Tara Tomes and I’ve been working with the Style Birmingham team for over a year, helping to promote all things fashion, shopping and style from our fair city. I’m really excited to be taking over as editor of the site and will keep you up-to-date with the latest trends, entertained with the latest gossip, and informed of the hottest things to do and see in Birmingham.
