FASHION ICONS MOVE TO CENTENARY BRIDGE

Following the launch of the fantastic ‘Cut From a Different Cloth’ collection by Temper, the exhibition to its summer-long home on Centenary Bridge.

Originally launched on the corner of New Street and High Street, the fantastic open air exhibition has now moved to Centenary Bridge, in between Centenary Square and Paradise Forum. The exhibition will remain here throughout the summer in the lead up to Style Birmingham Live, the three day fashion and beauty event taking place from 24-26 September.

Cut From A Different Cloth was commissioned by Retail Birmingham, the Business Improvement District for the city’s central shopping area, and features five of the world’s most famous fashion icons. Between now and September, you can see the immortalised images of Lee Alexander McQueen, Paul Smith and Tom Ford next to the beautiful Coco Chanel and Vivienne Westwood.

A sixth portrait will be added to the collection at the end of the summer and you have the power to vote who it is. Let us know who your fashion icon is by emailing fashionicon@stylebirmingham.com by 31 July and the person with the most votes will receive the ‘Temper treatment’ and join the hall of fame.
